MARKETING STRATEGY

Objective:
Grow highly-effective private addiction treatment program using Social media and revamped web presence.

Need:
Quickly build brand awareness and use SEO to get a foothold in crowded market.

Approach:
Developed and implemented a new marketing campaign with a focus on expanding social media networks, creating new outlets for Expert content.  Overhaul website (new Wordpress site) with an emphasis on SEO, resources, networking and content. Added Blog and created content. Re-vamp of entire data collection procedures in preparation for academic study on program by UCSF. Put organizational “best practices” into place and helped perform audits on all accounts. Directed and implemented switch to QuickBooks accounting and helped create more streamlined payment and tracking systems. Managed all Providers, Vendors and Independent Contractors. Handled all contracts, invoices, H/R duties. 

Results:
​Built the foundation for expansion by organizing & managing the administration. Implemented Practice Management software and Standard of Care for healthcare-related business. Prepared company for expansion, prepared data collection for Study, prepared documents, procedures and standards for CARF accreditation. New marketing efforts just underway. Results TBD.

Objective:

Introduce new brand and service into a burgeoning consumer-populated online business reviews arena.

Need:
Establish the company as a player in the industry. Increase target market awareness.

Approach:
Developed and implemented a mass awareness strategy with a strong focus on public relations, and supported with targeted end-user direct communications. Initiated Social Media campaign along with a Crowd-Sourced funding campaign. Implemented new partner business program.

Results:
​Helped to establish client as the top in the industry for user- reviewed sites in the Marine industry. Client realized a 2x increase in site usage and membership increased from just over 8,000 to over 14,000 in year and a half.

Objective:
Revive branding and increase sales to $i Million in one year (doubling sales).

Need:
A 'to-market' approach designed to quickly lift brand awareness and saturate local market.

Approach:
Developed and implemented a new marketing campaign with a focus on targeted prospect advertising, radio and print ads. Designed sales-focused marketing plan including six-month spot and block media campaign along with a website overhaul (to Wordpress) with an emphasis on visual content.

Results:
​As measured by incoming sales contracts, by year-end, sales had increased to double previous sales to $1 Million.
